Block Listing Application

 

 

The Company announces that an application has been made for an increase to the Company's existing block listing for a total of 2,600,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each ("New Shares") to be admitted to listing on the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

 

The New Shares are to be block-listed under The Speedy Hire Sharesave Scheme and The Speedy Hire Irish Sharesave Scheme. 

 

Admission is expected to become effective at 8.00am on 15 March 2021.
