She will also serve as a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of the Board.\n \nRhian Bartlett is currently Customer and Digital Director at Screwfix Direct, a Kingfisher plc Group company, having previously held the position of Commercial Director. Prior to Screwfix Ms Bartlett was Director UK Trading at eBay, held various positions with J Sainsbury plc (including Business Unit Director and Head of On-line Merchandising) and was a Category Manager and Head of Online Marketing at Homebase.\n \nNo other information is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph LR 9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules in relation to Rhian Bartlett's appointment to the Board of the Company.\n \nMr David Shearer, Chairman, commented:\n \n\"Rhian has extensive digital trading, commercial and multi-site experience and is joining Speedy at a time when we are further developing our digital platform and presence.
