(\"JUSTE\"), a leading supplier of\nin-vitro diagnostic technologies, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals in\nSpain, to sell and distribute Spectral's EAA(TM) Endotoxin Activity Assay.\nSpectral has been actively developing a strong network of top-tier\ndistributor relationships on a regional basis in Europe, where the potential\nfor early growth of EAA(TM) sales is strong. JUSTE, which has an extensive\nnetwork of sales and support in Spain, and Spectral will work jointly to\nmaximize sales of the EAA(TM). JUSTE has initially placed a significant order\nfor tests and instrumentation to ensure rapid introduction of the product into\nthe Spanish market.\n\"We are very pleased to announce this new relationship with JUSTE,\"\nstated Dr. Paul Walker, President and CEO of Spectral. \"Their dominant\npresence in Spain will put EAA(TM) in the best possible position to capture\nthis important market.
