(OTC Markets: SNTL), a company dedicated to the eradication of landmines from the\nplanet, has joined forces with One Source Group Pty Limited, based in Durban,\nSouth Africa. Seeker, using its Ground Penetrating\nRadar (GPR) technology, scans the surface of the earth to detect buried\nminefields using light helicopters covering up to 4 square kilometres per day.\nThe technology also combines other multi-spectral sensors with the GPR to\nprovide a full aerial survey product including mineral detection, mapping and\npipeline survey.\n\nOne Source is a well established\ngroup of companies involved in the security, verification and infrastructure\nindustries, in the region.  One Source\ncomprises a group with interest in 11 companies and employs, directly and\nindirectly, more than 350 people. Through its group of companies One Source has\nalso worked, over several years, in the removal of buried munitions and has\nsuccessfully completed the clearance of a large area of land, which was designated\nas a military range. One Source operates in Africa for Africa, with a strong\nheritage in technology, project management and transaction advisory services. \n\nMissile and ammunition testing sites\nhave similarities to minefields. Up to 15% of explosives fired down such ranges\ndo not explode on impact, leaving unexploded ordnance, lying on and buried\nbeneath the surface, rendering the land too dangerous for humans and animals to\nenter or inhabit. The South African government has pledged that further areas\nwill be cleared, made safe and returned to their historic tribal ownership.\n\nThe JV company, named Seeker\nSource (Pty) Ltd., will use ground penetrating sensors that will search for\nburied explosives while complementary sensors will be carried to collect\ngeographical data to produce photographic maps of each targeted area. While\nsurveying each area, Seeker Tec will also carry a variety of other equipment\nthat is capable of undertaking additional functions.
