Under the terms\n of the agreement, DualEx will pay Equicom a monthly fee of $6,500 for\n select strategic communication services. The initial contract term is\n 12 months and commences immediately.\n\n\nNeither Equicom nor any of its principals have an ownership interest,\n directly or indirectly, in DualEx or its securities, nor has the\n Company granted Equicom or its principals any rights to acquire any\n such interests.
