(\"DualEx\"\n or the \"Company\") (TSX-V: DXE) today provided the following operational\n update regarding the Company's BHN-1 exploration well on the Bouhajla\n Permit in northeastern Tunisia.\n\n\nAs planned (and previously announced on November 25, 2013) the Company\n utilized a wireline-conveyed borehole imaging tool to investigate the\n effectiveness of the initial perforation operation. The Company\n completed this operation and upon review of the results, planning for\n re-perforation of the well within the Abiod formation is underway.\n Timing of this operation will be announced as soon as costs, logistics\n and sourcing of equipment are finalized.\n\n\nThe Company remains of the view that the initial perforation attempt and\n acid injection previously undertaken was not successful in accessing\n the formation, thereby necessitating the additional completion\n operation. At this time, the Company believes the potential for\n yielding an Abiod discovery at BHN-1 remains unchanged.\n\n\nAbout DualEx Energy International Inc.\n\n\nDualEx Energy International Inc. is an oil and gas exploration and\n production company with operations in Tunisia and Hungary.
