DualEx Energy Seeks to Re-Price and Extend the Expiry Date of Certain Outstanding Warrants

It\nis proposed that the price of the 10,367,192 warrants issued on August 30,\n2007, of which there remain 9,365,155 outstanding (the "Warrants"), be\nre-priced from an exercise price of $0.30 per common share to $0.20 per common\nshare and that the term of the Warrants be extended from March 2, 2009 to\nSeptember 2, 2009, provided that DualEx can shorten the exercise term of the\nwarrants to 30 days if DualEx's common shares trade at $0.40 or higher for\ntwenty consecutive trading days.
