(Nasdaq: SPAI) (“Safe Pro” or the “Company”), a leading provider of artificial intelligence (AI)-driven security solutions, announced today that its ballistics protection unit, Safe-Pro USA LLC has received an order for its American-made Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) protective gear from a US Government Contractor (the “Contractor” or the “Customer”) operating in the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, the Customer will test the Company’s SpotlightAI™ Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered drone imagery analysis ecosystem in the Pacific Rim. The evaluation represents a significant opportunity for SpotlightAI™ beyond its current use in Ukraine, opening the door to expanded real-world adoption across the Asia-Pacific region and other territories where the Contractor is engaged in humanitarian and government-funded demining programs.\n \n\n According to\n \n\n International Campaign to Ban Landmines, Landmine Monitor 2024 Annual Report\n \n\n , multiple countries in East and South Asia and the Pacific are contaminated with landmines and unexploded ordnance (UXO) including Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, the Philippines, Thailand and Myanmar, which recorded over 1,000 casualties in 2023.\n \n\n “We are pleased to provide this new Customer with our US-manufactured lifesaving personal protective equipment as we work to further expand our support for international humanitarian and government-funded demining efforts around the globe,” said Dan Erdberg, Chairman and CEO of Safe Pro Group Inc. “The request by this new Customer to evaluate our patented SpotlightAI™ drone image analysis platform represents the latest milestone as we expand our operational footprint and address the global challenge of landmines.
