(NASDAQ: SGRP) (\"SPAR\", \"SPAR Group\" or the \"Company\"), a leading global provider of merchandising, marketing, and distribution services today reported financial and operating results for the third quarter and nine-month period ended September 30, 2022.\nMike Matacunas, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, commented, \"I am pleased with our revenue growth and continued gross profit performance. Our focus on the core business resulted in the U.S. merchandising business and remodel businesses growth of 15% and 62%, respectively, over last year. In addition, revenues in our two largest international businesses in Brazil and South Africa are up 13% and 8%, respectively, in constant currency. It is clear that our clients are responding to our efforts and awarding us a larger share of their business and overall market.
