With\nHark Group he has acquired and managed The Forge Shopping Centre, Glasgow and\nmore recently The Arcades, Ashton-under-Lyne in conjunction with joint venture\npartners. He was previously a main board member at Chesterfield Properties Plc\nand CEO of their USA business, where he undertook retail developments with major\nAmerican developers such as General Growth and McArthur Glen.\n\nMr Henderson-Williams (aged 47) is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and is also a\ndirector of Hark Group Limited, Hark Retail Limited and Hark Investments\nLimited. There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to\nschedule 2 paragraph (g) (i) to (viii) of the AIM rules for companies in regard\nto this appointment.\n\nMatthew Bending (Joint CEO) of S&P said \"David's high level experience in the\nproperty sector is going to be invaluable in growing our network of venues both\nin the UK and overseas and in developing the range of services that property\nowners require\".\n\nDavid Henderson-Williams said \"I have been extremely impressed by the way in\nwhich SpaceandPeople has identified a niche in the shopping centre market and\nbuilt a thriving business around it. I believe the business has huge potential\nand look forward to playing my part in its future success.'\n\nSpaceandPeople currently sell promotional space at 170 Shopping Centres\npromotional spaces with a combined weekly footfall of over 25 million.
