Signing of new retail agreement in Germany

SpaceandPeople plc (AIM:SAL) is pleased to announce that its German subsidiary, POP Retail GmbH, has entered an agreement with CEMAGG Management GmbH ("CEMAGG") for the provision of retail kiosks and other services in CEMAGG managed shopping centres in Germany (the "Agreement"), starting with immediate effect.

CEMAGG manages four shopping centres in Germany, namely Postgalerie Karlsruhe, Schanenmarkt in Krefeld, Hofgarten in Solingen and Dreiländergalerie in Weil am Rhein.
