Upon the publication of this announcement, this inside information is now considered to be in the public domain.\n \n \nSpaceandPeople PLC (the \"Company\")\n \nSAYE Share Option Scheme\n \n \nAs announced on 24 March 2017, the Company established a Group Save As You Earn (SAYE) share option scheme to offer the employees at SpaceandPeople plc the opportunity to participate in the future growth of the Company.\n \nEligible employees were invited to subscribe for share options at 19.5 pence per share, being a 20% discount on the closing mid-market price of the Company's shares on the three working days before the invitation to participate was made (Thursday 20 April to Monday 24 April 2017). The scheme rules follow HMRC guidance and limit each employee to a maximum saving of £500 per month over the three year period of the scheme.\n \nA total of 30 employees (49% of those eligible) elected to participate giving rise to the grant on 18 May 2017 of a total of 688,783 share options. This equates to 3.53% of the current issued share capital.\n \nThe following Executive Directors elected to participate in the scheme and are included in the total figures above as follows:\n \nNancy Cullen (COO) has been granted 92,307 share options and Gregor Dunlay (CFO) has been granted 92,307 share options.
