[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 3403M SpaceandPeople PLC 21 May 2010 \n \n\nSpaceandPeople plc \n(\"SpaceandPeople\" or the \"Company\")\nResult of General Meeting and change in accounting reference date\n \nSpaceandPeople plc is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions proposed at its General Meeting held at 9:00 am today were duly passed. \n \nThe Company also announces that it has changed its accounting reference date to 31 December from 31 October. This change is to align the Company's accounting reference date with that of its newly acquired subsidiary, Retail Profile Holdings Limited, and hence provide cost efficiencies in accounting and audit processes. \n \nAs a result, SpaceandPeople will publish its next audited report and accounts for the fourteen month period ending 31 December 2010.
