The Report may be found under the Company's profile at www.sedar.com and on Southern's website www.southernsilverexploration.com.The Report, dated February 22, 2018, entitled \"NI 43-101 Technical Report, Mineral Resource Estimate for Cerro Las Minitas Project, Durango State, Mexico\" was prepared by Garth D.
