(PINKSHEETS: ALCD) announced today that the Company has successfully entered into a distribution agreement with American Light, a Colombian security company located in Bogota Colombia. The agreement is for three (3) years and valued at approximately 6.2 million dollars of Alco CCTV products. The first order will be shipped in June 2009. Ricardo Moscoso Aguirre, President of American Light is very confident that Alco CCTV product line will be one of the dominant security product lines in Colombia within the next 3 years. “The Alco product line is very reliable and competitive, two qualities that are not found together in this market and Alco has done a great job to supply us with what our customers want and need”, said Mr. Aguirre.
