Colorado Blvd., in a 2,500-square-foot building with visibility of more than 80,000 passing cars per day.\n\n\t\"Carve is different than your traditional pit barbecue restaurant – it is barbecue without boundaries,\" said Southern Concepts CEO, Mitchell Roth. \"Our menu will reflect barbecue influences from around the country, and we will be setting ourselves apart by choosing only the finest quality, all-natural meats, such as those produced by Creekstone Farms.\"\n\n\tCarve Barbecue will feature:\n\n\t\n\t\tHand-carved protein, including: pork, chicken, brisket, ribs and prime rib\n\t\n\t\tAll-natural, wood-smoked meats\n\t\n\t\tScratch barbecue sides with a modern influence\n\t\n\t\tFresh sides made from scratch\n\t\n\t\tCraft brews and local wines\n\t\n\t\tA relaxed, contemporary dining experience\n\n\n\tCustomers will walk down the food line where they choose their style – naked, salad, sandwich or street taco – and then meat, garnishments, and sides. Carve's meats are never frozen and are smoked for up to 12 hours before they are carved to order.
