(the “Bank”) announces its consolidated financial results for the first quarter of 2025. The Company reported net income of $16.9 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2025, compared to $16.8 million, or $0.51 per diluted share for the fourth quarter of 2024, and net income of $4.9 million, or $0.26 per diluted share for the first quarter of 2024. “I’m pleased to report our strong first quarter earnings of $16.9 million, the second strong quarter of combined financial results since the close of our merger last July,” said David Rainer, Executive Chairman of the Company and Bank. “We continue to execute on our strategy of derisking the consolidated balance sheet through decreasing our exposure in the Sponsor Finance portfolio, and reducing our reliance on brokered deposits.
