Andrew “Drew” Jones and Walter\r\nE. “Joss” Josselyn, III to serve on both the Company and Bank Board of Directors.\r\n“Drew and Joss are high quality individuals with deep ties to our Charlton and\r\nCamden markets. Their commitment to economic growth in those communities and strong\r\nbusiness acumen will prove beneficial to our Boards. We look forward to working\r\nwith them,” stated President and CEO Jay Torbert.\r\n\r\nMr. Jones is a licensed pharmacist with 14 years of retail pharmacy\r\nexperience and is currently employed by Toledo Manufacturing Co. and WC Hopkins\r\nand Sons LLLP, where he works as a forest land manager. He is a lifelong\r\nresident of Charlton County and currently serves on boards of the Charlton\r\nCounty Commission and the Charlton County Development Authority, continuing a\r\nlong family tradition of public service and community leadership. Mr. Jones’\r\ngreat-grandfather, Benjamin Griffin McDonald, was the first Mayor of Folkston,\r\nserved as a Charlton County Commissioner and Ordinary, and was a founder and\r\nvice president of The Citizens Bank in Folkston, a predecessor to Southeastern\r\nBank. Mr. Jones earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from South University in\r\n2008, after completing pre-pharmacy studies at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural\r\nCollege. \r\n\r\nMr. Josselyn is founder and owner of Josselyn Homes, Inc., a\r\nresidential contractor and homebuilder; Insuring Camden, Inc., an insurance\r\nagency; WEJ Rentals, LLC, a property management company; and Ryno Holdings,\r\nLLC, an outdoor advertising company, all located within Camden County. He is a\r\nlicensed Residential General Contractor and a Resident Agent for property and casualty\r\ninsurance in Georgia.
