(“South\nStar” or the “Company”) (TSXV:STS)\n \n \n (OTC:STSBF)\n \n \n announces\nthat it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry\ndate of 4,050,000 outstanding share purchase warrants (the\n“\n \n \n Warrants\n \n \n ”) issued pursuant to a non-brokered private placement (the\n“\n \n \n Private\nPlacement\n \n \n ”) that closed on February 28,\n2019.\n \n \n The Company proposes to extend the expiry\ndate of the Warrants for one year, from February 28, 2021 to February\n28, 2022.\n \n \n \n \n The Warrants as originally issued are exercisable into\ncommon shares in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of\n$0.15 per common share, with an expiry date of February 28, 2021. No\nWarrants issued under the Private Placement have been exercised to\ndate. All other terms of the Warrants will remain the same.
