Bo (Bennett) Liu has been appointed\nas the new CFO and Corporate Secretary of the Company, approved by the\nBoard of Directors.\n \n \n \n \n Mr. Liu joins the Company from Red Fern Consulting\nLtd., a full-service accounting group that provides financial and\nsupport services for public companies including accounting, regulatory\ncompliance, audit management and financial reporting. Mr. Liu has\nserved as Chief Financial Officer for multiple publicly-traded\ncompanies (TSX Venture Exchange and CSE-listed) with a focus on the\nresource sector.
