(TSXV: KRL) (\"KRL\" or the \"Company\"), the\n \n Asia-Pacific\n \n focused gold exploration company, announces that it has changed auditors from Davidson & Company LLP (\"Davidson & Company\") to Smythe LLP (\"Smythe\"), effective\n \n September 16, 2022\n \n .\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n At the request of the Company, Davidson & Company has resigned as of the effective date of\n \n September 15, 2022\n \n . Smythe has been appointed as the successor auditor. In accordance with National Instrument 51–102 -\n \n Continuous Disclosure Obligations\n \n (\"NI 51–102\"), the Company has filed a Notice of Change of Auditor on SEDAR together with letters from both Davidson & Company and Smythe, with each letter confirming agreement with the statements contained in the notice, as applicable.
