Mitchel Wasel will be joining the Company’s\nBoard of Directors as a result of their election at the 2021 Annual\nGeneral Meeting (“\n \n \n AGM\n \n \n ”) held October 22, 2021.\n \n \n \n \n Board of Directors\n \n \n \n \n Mr. Adam Davidson is currently Chief Executive Officer\nand director of Trident Royalties PLC, a  diversified mining royalty\nand streaming company. His past experience includes Resource Capital\nFunds, BMO Capital Markets and Orica Mining Services. Additionally,\nMr. Davidson commenced his career at T. Rowe Price and served in the\nUnited States Marine Corps Reserve.\n \n \n \n \n Mr. S. Mitchel Wasel, Vice President Exploration with\nGolden Star Resources Ltd, has spent 28 years at that company in\npositions of increasing responsibility. He has been working in mineral\nexploration and production for over 35 years on three continents. Mr.\nWasel has extensive exploration experience on Proterozoic terrains on\nboth sides of the Atlantic Ocean including the Guyana Shield, Birimian\nShield and Archean terrains in Northern Canada and Brazil.
