The Company has also completed metallurgical testwork on\nthe main ore zones of the Pedra Branca project as required by the\nmining license process.\n \n \n \n Highlights\n \n \n \n \n \n The environmental agency (SEMACE – Secretaria do Meio Ambiente do\nCeará) review will provide key guidance\n \n “Termo de Referência”)\n \n for the\nenvironmental requirements specific to Pedra Branca mining\noperations.\n \n \n \n \n The Company anticipates a request for an Environmental Impact study of\nthe Queimadas target tenement area (click\n \n \n here\n \n \n to view Map 1).\n \n \n \n \n As part of the National Mining Agency requirement, the Company\nconcluded metallurgical testing in the Queimadas project area,\nresulted in gold recoveries of 92.6% from direct cyanide leaching (P80\n@ 75 microns) and 63.8% from gravity-recoverable-gold (Falcon Gravity\nConcentrator) from fresh rock, which also has visible pyrite and\npyrrhotite.\n \n \n \n \n The company is now evaluating a path to a trial mining license (\n \n “Guia de Utilização”\n \n ) within\nits tree main tenements that are part of the main ore zone and are\nunder the mining concession licensing stage (Queimadas, Igrejinha and\nMirador).\n \n \n \n \n \n Douglas Meirelles, President and\nCEO\n \n stated, “\n \n The excellent\nmetallurgical results from the main ore zone within the Queimadas\ntenement and the current status of the licensing process allows the\nCompany the option to pursue a small-scale production license for\ntrial mining.
