(“South\nAtlantic” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:\nSAO) announces that in accordance with the\nCompany's stock option plan (the “Plan”) it has\ngranted options (the “Options”) to purchase an aggregate of\n14,750,000 common shares of the Company to certain directors and a\nconsultant (collectively the “Eligible  Persons”) of the Company. Each\nOption is exercisable into one Common Share at an exercise price of\n$0.14 per share.
