(“\n \n \n Source\n \n \n ” or the “\n \n \n Company\n \n \n ”)\n \n \n (\n \n \n TSX:SHLE)\n(OTC:SCEYF)\n \n \n announced today that Mr. Brad\nThomson has elected to retire as President and Chief Executive Officer\nand as a director of the Company. Mr. Scott Melbourn has been\nappointed President and Chief Executive Officer and will be appointed\nas a member of the Board. Mr. Thomson will continue in an advisory\nrole until June 30, 2022, to ensure a seamless transition of duties\nand responsibilities to Mr. Melbourn.\n \n \n \n The Board would like to thank Mr. Thomson for his leadership and\ncontributions since joining the Company in 2012. Mr. Thomson led the\nCompany from its early funding and growth of its asset base, through\nits initial public offering in April of 2017.
