[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0015I Sound Energy PLC 14 June 2017 \n\n14 June 2017\nSound Energy plc\n(\"Sound Energy\" or the \"Company\")\n \nUpdate re Badile\n \nSound Energy, the African and European focused upstream gas company, is pleased to provide an update on the drilling of the Badile exploration well, onshore Italy.\n \nThe Badile well has reached the primary Conchodon dolomitic reservoir target at 4,375m measured depth (\"MD\"). Significant gas shows were encountered at 4,375m MD. Gas chromatograph data indicated C1 (methane) to C5 (pentane) gas components. \n \nDrilling in the 8.5\" hole section has now been temporarily paused, ahead of running the 7\" liner, after which drilling will continue to the bottom of the reservoir.
