[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n15 May 2025\n \nSound Energy plc\n(\"Sound Energy\" or the \"Company\")\n \nPublication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM\n \nSound Energy, the transition energy company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 has today been published, together with a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting (the \"AGM\"). \n \nThe AGM is to be held at 20 St Dunstan's Hill, London, EC3R 8HL on Tuesday, 17 June 2025 at 1:00pm.\n \nCopies of the Company's Annual Report and Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website at www.soundenergyplc.com.\n \nIn order to ensure that shareholders who cannot attend in person are able to follow the proceedings of the AGM, the Company will provide access online through the Investor Meet Company platform. However, shareholders will not be able to vote online during the Meeting and are therefore urged to submit their votes via proxy as early as possible.\nFollowing the conclusion of the AGM, the Company will present an overview of its activities. This will be live streamed through the Investor meet platform. Shareholders are invited to pre submit questions to the Company in advance of the presentation via the Investor Meet Company Platform up to 5pm on the 13th June.
