Block admission to satisfy the issue of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") from time to time pursuant to the exercise of warrants issued by the Company in 2014 to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares at a price of 10.4p per new Ordinary Share (\"2014 Warrants\")\n \n2.
