[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7889Y Sound Energy PLC 08 March 2017 \n\n8 March 2017\n \nSound Energy plc\n(\"Sound Energy\" or the \"Company\")\n \nBadile: Drilling Commences\n \nSound Energy, the African and European focused upstream gas company, is pleased to confirm that drilling of the Badile exploration well, onshore Italy, commenced on 7 March 2017. \n \nThe Badile well site is located in Northern Italy, some 15 kilometres to the south of Milan and the exploration well will test the hydrocarbon potential of the Conchodon Dolomite reservoir of Lower Jurassic-Triassic age.\n \nThe well is planned to be drilled and logged to a total depth of 4,445m (4,378m total vertical depth) with drilling and logging expected to take approximately 100 days.
