Fourth-quarter 2025 net revenues increased 4.6% to $303 million, compared to $290 million in the fourth-quarter 2024. Net revenues increased 2.5% on a constant currency basis. Net income attributable to the Company (“net income”) was $35 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, compared to net income of $12 million, or $0.04 per diluted share for the fourth-quarter 2024. Adjusted EBITDA increased by 2.7%, to $157 million, or 0.5% on a constant currency basis, compared to the fourth-quarter 2024. Fourth-quarter 2025 adjusted earnings per diluted share (“Adjusted EPS”) was $0.26, an increase of $0.05 per diluted share, compared to the fourth quarter of 2024. Full-year 2025 net revenues increased 5.7% to $1.164 billion, compared to $1.100 billion for 2024. Net revenues increased 5.2% on a constant currency basis. Net income was $78 million, or $0.27 per diluted share, compared to net income of $44 million, or $0.16 per diluted share, for 2024. Adjusted EBITDA increased 8.2% to $594 million, or 7.8% on a constant currency basis, compared to 2024.
