Copies of the documents will shortly be available on the Company's website at: https://www.sosandar-ir.com\nAGM\nThe AGM will be held at 10.00am (BST) on Thursday 21 September 2023 at 2nd Floor, Springfield House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5BG. \nThe AGM will also be hosted digitally via a webinar. Shareholders can register for the AGM webinar via the following link: https://bit.ly/SOS_AGM_2023\nAny shareholders who wish to attend the AGM in person should contact [email protected]. Shareholders are strongly encouraged to register their attendance by Monday 18 September 2023. \nQuestions regarding the business of the AGM can be submitted in advance of the AGM to [email protected] up to 9:00am on Wednesday 20 September 2023. The Board will respond to key questions during the meeting.\nShareholders should note that if they participate in the AGM virtually, this will not constitute attendance at the AGM and they will NOT be permitted to vote at the AGM. Shareholders wishing to vote on matters of business are therefore urged to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy in accordance with the relevant instructions, so as to be received as soon as possible and by no later than 10:00am on Tuesday 19 September 2023.
