[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0036A Sosandar PLC 21 December 2017 \n\nSosandar plc\n \n(\"Sosandar\" or the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nChange of accounting year end\n \nSosandar plc (AIM: SOS.L), the online women's fashion retailer, announces that, following the acquisition of Thread 35 Limited (\"Thread\") on 2 November 2017, the Company has decided to change its accounting reference date and financial year end from 31 December to 31 March. This change will align the Company's accounting reference period with that of Thread and will allow comparability of Group reporting across future periods.\n \nAs a result of this change the Group's next three financial reporting events will be as follows:\n \n· publication of unaudited interim accounts for the nine month period ended 31 December 2017 by 31 March 2018.
