The Company\n wishes to thank Mr. Brian Farrell, for serving as interim CFO of the\n Company. Mr. Farrell will continue as a member of the Company's Board\n of Directors.\n\n\nMr. Mierendorf is a Chartered Accountant with over fifteen years of\n domestic and international oil and gas experience. Most recently, he\n has held the position of Corporate Controller with Buried Hill Energy,\n a privately held corporation involved in oil and gas activities in\n Turkmenistan and The Gambia.
