(\"Somero\" or the \"Company\")\nAnnouncement re: new office in Shanghai, China\n \nWith continued support and trust in Somero Enterprises, Inc, we are continuing to see tremendous growth in business in China. It is because of this support, Somero China is continuing to move forward and that allows us to focus all our efforts to drive forward the China flooring industry. \nSomero continues to expand its presence in China through machine sales and industry education. Starting in 2015 Somero China will utilize our new 3,000+ m² building, moving from an 800m² facility, for in depth screed training in addition to our standard on-site training. This is consistent with what Somero provides in the USA market which has proven to be extremely successful. We will teach the proper techniques of site preparation and maximized screed utilization to include machine operation and maintenance. \nAdditionally, starting in the third quarter of 2015 Somero China will provide billable in depth site management training for Somero large line customers. This training will provide our customers with proven concrete site techniques utilized by Somero customers in the USA and other established markets. Somero has provided similar training on site in China and our new facility allows us to train our customers in a controlled environment without the pressures of a live construction site. We have received strong interest in advance of the program.\nSomero China continues to help drive the Chinese horizontal concrete construction market by providing the most technologically advanced equipment and customer site training giving us a competitive edge that no other company can provide. \nThe new building will be used as a Somero China office, machine/parts warehouse and the first of its kind, Concrete College. The Concrete College will give our customer base the proper training in pouring concrete slabs using actual concrete.\nThis move into a larger facility will benefit our customers in China with:\n· Sufficient machine/parts inventory\n· Prompt order shipping\n· Huge indoor training facility\n· Easy traffic accessibility\...
