[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 6991B\n Solid State PLC\n 09 October 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 9 October 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n Solid State plc\n \n \n (\"Solid State\", the \"Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Purchase of Own Shares\n \n \n \n \n \n Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the AIM listed manufacturer of computing, power and communications products, and value added distributor of electronic components, announces that on 6 October 2020 and 8 October 2020 it purchased 3,500 and 2,500 of its own ordinary shares of 5p each (\"Ordinary Shares\") at a price of 616 pence and 629 pence each respectively, to be held as treasury shares.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Company now holds 13,374 Ordinary Shares in treasury and it is anticipated that these shares will principally be used to satisfy future awards under the Company's Staff All Employee Share Ownership Plan.\n \n \n \n In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R) the Company hereby notifies the market that immediately following this purchase for treasury its issued share capital will remain the same and consist of 8,548,878 Ordinary Shares of which 13,374 are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 8,535,504.
