Solid State Supplies PLC 24 October 2000 SOLID STATE SUPPLIES PLC Section 198 Companies Act 1985 Disclosure The Company was informed on 27th June 2000 that, following the sale of 25,000 ordinary shares on 26th June 2000, the AIM Trust plc owns 240,000 ordinary shares amounting to 3.84% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. The Company was further notified on 2nd August 2000 that, following a sale of 50,000 ordinary shares on 1st August 2000, the AIM Trust plc no longer has a notifiable shareholding in the Company.
