As the Company's Senior Independent Director, Mr Joseland will be responsible, amongst other items, for liaising with the governance teams at the Company's institutional investors.Charles Joseland joined SolGold as a Non-Executive Director in February 2024. He is an independent UK based director with 32 years' experience at PwC where he was an audit partner working on large listed international groups.
