All of the proposed resolutions were passed at the AGM\n including the approval of the Company's rolling stock option plan.\n\n\nFinavera Wind Energy CEO Jason Bak said, \"Finavera has reached several\n significant milestones this year and we anticipate an exciting year\n ahead. We continue to work on finalizing financing and turbine supply\n agreements and environmental applications for our Tumbler Ridge and\n Wildmare projects.
