The Company received notice on 12 November 2014 that Peter Gunning, CTO of the Company, transferred 321,517 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal shareholding into his SIPP on 12 November 2014, at a price of 23.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Peter Gunning's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 684,646 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.45 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company (excluding Ordinary Shares held in Treasury by the Company).
