This represents 1.67% of the issued share capital of the Company when the programme commenced. The volume weighted average price of the shares repurchased was 1,333.082p. All shares purchased under the programme have been cancelled.\n \nFollowing the completion of the programme, the Company's issued share capital consists of 196,840,451 ordinary shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 196,840,451.
