[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 9018W Screen Technology Group plc 17 June 2008 \n17 June 2008\n\n\nScreen Technology Group plc\n(\"Screen\" or the \"Company\")\n\nResult of General Meeting \n\nResult of Open Offer\n\n\nThe Company announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held today, the resolutions set out in the circular sent to shareholders on 23 May 2008 (the \"Circular\") were duly passed.\n\nAs at 16 June 2008, being the last closing date for applications under the Open Offer, applications had been received in respect of 18,691,445 New Ordinary Shares to raise £123,364. \n\nAs a result, the Placing and Open Offer has raised in aggregate £1,006,164 (before expenses). This is in addition to the £200,000 loan by Scaent Holdings Cooperatie UA as set out in the Circular.\n\nAccordingly, application has been made for 167,600,577 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
