On page 101, the date of the Independent Auditor's Report was incorrectly stated as 20 October 2020. The correct date was 19 October 2020.\n \n \n \n \nFor shareholders who had requested hard copies of the 2020 Annual Report and Accounts, a letter outlining the error will be enclosed with the Report. \n \n \n A corrected copy of the 2020 Annual Report and Accounts on the Company's website is available to view and download here - \n \n https://www.softcat.com/investors/investor-centre/\n \n \n \n A corrected copy of the 2020 Annual Report and Accounts has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be available for public inspection at \n \n https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism\n \n .
