Schedule 14A has been filed on U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission website. The 2022 AGM is held for the following purposes: 1) To elect five directors to our Board of Directors to serve until the next Annual Meeting of Stockholders; and 2) To ratify the appointment of Onestop Assurance PAC as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed the close of business on 08 May 2023 (Eastern Time) as the record date (the “Record Date”) for determining the shareholders entitled to attend the AGM or any adjournment or postponement thereof. Holders of record of the Company’s common stock and the Company’s Series X Convertible Preferred Stock at the close of business on the Record Date are entitled to virtually attend the AGM.
