A 'vote withheld' is not a vote in law and is not counted in the \n calculation of the proportion of the votes 'for' and 'against' a \n resolution.\n\n3. The proxy votes shown reflect the position as at 11.30am on Monday 4 \n February 2008, being 48 hours before the time of the meeting and \n conforming to Regulation 41 of the Uncertificated Securities Regulations \n 2001. Voting instructions can be changed at any time prior to a poll \n being demanded, and a shareholder having lodged a proxy is still entitled \n to attend the meeting and vote their shares themselves as they see fit.\n\n\nBoard Change\n\nAs previously announced on 18 October 2007, Brendan Fitzmaurice retired as \nChairman following today's AGM.
