(OTC PINK: ZRZH) announced today that its subsidiary Next Generation Farming Inc., has partnered with an established Sacramento-based, state-of-the-art manufacturing company to locally fabricate the core components for the company's \"SMART by Design™\" line of advanced and automated greenhouse systems. \n\nTaylor Wings, Inc., a 38-year veteran company founded by President John Taylor's family, has agreed to reserve 25% of its production capacity exclusively for Zerez Holdings' agricultural company, Next Generation Farming, Inc. The collaboration removes existing growth barriers for Zerez Holdings and Next Generation Farming, allowing the company to scale production to meet increasing demand, produce parts in-house at greater margins, and control 100% of their supply-chain.
