On October 3,\n2013, the symbol will change to SBDG), has completed and published the\nstrategic plan for the Company. The plan highlights the reasoning and process\nfor ?Engineering a Public Company?. As previously announced, restructuring the\nequity and reducing debt have accomplished the ?cleanup? of the company?s\nbalance sheet. The company?s capital structure is now acceptable for investments\nof growth capital and acquisitions.\n\n\n\nThe next steps are focused on the\nincome statement. The company?s strategy is to increase sales through providing\nfinancial services, assisting other companies wanting to mimic our process, and\ncompleting acquisitions of companies with good fundamentals to add to our\nportfolio.\n\n\n\nThere are two aspects to our\nunique business model:\n\nAspect 1. Business\nadvisor services for client companies and to our portfolio companies; and,\n\nAspect 2. Acquisition\nof companies with fundamentals for our portfolio by using our public company\nsecurities in unique structures.\n\n\n\nSmall Business Development Group,\nInc., as a holding company is acquiring companies for its own portfolio; and as\na strategic business solutions firm, is providing services to companies\nrequiring cutting-edge financial advice in the area of corporate growth\nstrategies and business exiting. \n\n\n\nSince 2008, investors and entrepreneurs\nhave seen a once-in-a-century financial challenge for small and medium size\ncompanies. According to a 2011 Small Business Administration Study, it\nis estimated that more than $10 trillion in private and family businesses in\nNorth America will be sold in the next decade as aging baby boomers move on to\nthe next phase of their lives. Selling all or part of their businesses is one\nof the most important decisions they will ever make, and the capital markets\nare not able to respond. Due to these tough circumstances, many companies are not able to\nachieve their financial targets or divest of their company.
