iL Media Management, Inc. Establishes its Headquarters in Maine
April 24, 2014 ? Small Business Development Company, Inc (symbol: SBDG) announced today that its subsidiary, iL Media Management, Inc., has established its headquarters office in Rockland, Maine. iL Media Management (iLMM) will offer cutting-edge marketing advice, promotional services and technical support to small-cap and micro-cap publicly-traded companies. Former Maine Congressman and diplomat David Emery will head iLMM. Emery is also the Chief Operating Officer and a director of SBDG, Inc., the parent company.
?We hope to fill a niche by providing quality business support services to a sector that is often overlooked?, said Emery. ?Many smaller companies are badly in need of the tools to help them avoid costly mistakes and grow profitably, but the services they need are usually too expensive or hard to find, and many owners of small companies simply don?t know where to turn.?
?Our parent company, SBDG, was formed by acquiring and rehabilitating a failing OTC Pink corporation. Our group applied its collective knowledge and experience to build a new entity from the ashes of the old. We have established and are maintaining a company based upon sound business fundamentals, ethics and value. We call this business model ?the Engineering of a Public CompanyTM?, and it is the model we will recommend to our iLMM clients.?
Small Business Development Group, Inc. is a holding company acquiring companies for its own portfolio, and through its subsidiaries, is a strategic business solutions firm providing services to companies requiring cutting-edge financial and strategic advice and technical support in the areas of corporate growth, business management and exit strategies.
