(Nasdaq: SWKS), an innovator of high-performance analog semiconductors connecting people, places and things, today reported fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year-end results for the period ended Oct. 2, 2020.\n\nRevenue for the fourth fiscal quarter of 2020 was $956.8 million, up 30% sequentially and exceeding consensus estimates. On a GAAP basis, operating income for the fourth fiscal quarter of 2020 was $267.6 million with diluted earnings per share of $1.46. On a non-GAAP basis, operating income was $334.9 million with non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of $1.85.\n\nFor fiscal year 2020, revenue was $3.356 billion, with GAAP diluted earnings per share of $4.80.
