(Pink Sheets: SKPO) is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Bossier City, Louisiana. Billy Joe Edwards, who brings almost 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, will be joining Skye Petroleum as its Executive Vice President of Development. Edwards will lead this new office, which gives Skye Petroleum a closer location to better serve the markets in north Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, East Texas and Oklahoma. Edwards, as the inventor of the Endurance Brand Rod Guide in the mid 1980s, has built a solid reputation among his many contacts in the oil industry throughout the United States and other parts of the world (Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Canada, Romania, etc.). Edwards will focus on product testing, technical assistance for end users, sales and development of the overall Skye brand. Edwards said, \"It is an exciting time to be a part of Skye Petroleum.
