(\"PesoRama\" or \"the Company\") today announced that it will hold an Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the \"Meeting\") on Friday, December 3, 2021. At the Meeting, shareholders will be asked to approve, amongst other things, a special resolution for the Company to complete a business combination with Skyscape Capital Inc. (TSXV: SKY.P) following which the resulting company - PesoRama - would be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.\"PesoRama has demonstrated the success of our business model with 18 stores now operating in Mexico, including seven opened this year. As a result, we now have an opportunity to access capital markets to fund continued growth and establish a clear leadership position,\" said Erica Fattore, President & Chief Executive Officer. \"We strongly urge our shareholders to vote in favour of the go-public transaction which will provide them with liquidity as well as the potential for increased shareholder value.\"All shareholders should have received a Management Information Circular (the \"Circular\") in the mail within the past two weeks. The mailing includes important information about voting, which can be completed by mail, internet or facsimile. In order to be counted, votes must be received by 10:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday, December 1, 2021.
